Delivery
Over the past thirteen years, REC’s director (and only permanent staff member) Paul Randell has built a record of high standard project/program delivery. To deliver larger projects REC partners with trusted consulting companies to form the right mixture of skills and experience to deliver. Paul may also be available for secondments to government or industry organisations (subject to availability and timing).

Client: Sustainability Victoria (SV) Role: project manager and co-author. This report reviewed and summarised the environmental and planning regulatory framework for the processing and application to land of organic wastes in Victoria.
Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Strategic Plan Review
Client: Metropolitan Waste Management Group (MWMG) Role: review of landfill schedule. REC is assisting in the development of the landfill schedule content, providing policy analysis and advice, reviewing waste projections and technical content.
